Public Relations Department
Responsible for promoting and disseminating information about the Alliance for C.H.A.N.G.E., building alliances with other community stakeholders, maintaining an internet presence, and providing responsible and accurate information to the public concerning the state of affairs in prisons as it affects public safety.
Responsible for Social Justice course, including the planning and instruction of the Social Justice course and the Anger Management course.
Finance and Development Department
Responsible for managing the Alliance’s finances, budgeting, soliciting donations, and seeking out funding sources to maintain and expand operations.
Responsible for Prisoner Reintegration and Education Program, including the Virtual Community, Post-Release Support, planning of the Alliance Transitional Community, and all other research and efforts to facilitate smooth and successful transitions for our paroling participants and members, both pre- and post-release.
Evaluation Services Department
Responsible for evaluating all aspects of the organization and programs, including personal performance evaluations, program design efficacy, course evaluations, and applications of policy. The primary concern of the Evaluation Services Department is to ensure that the Alliance implements and maintains our commitment to evidence-based best practices in education and reentry in all aspects of the program.
Responsible for training and managing the mentor’s and mentee’s to ensure both receive positive outcomes from the program.
